Mediation.
Adair has been privileged over his 27 years as a solicitor to have assisted people to resolve disputes on a wide variety of issues.
Initially based in regional Queensland he cut his teeth on assisting regional producers to deal with issues including farming disputes involving share farming agreements, land contamination and family disputes.
Building on his skills and experience he developed a following of being able to assist those people who had or were experiencing trauma. He is widely acknowledged by both peers and stakeholders alike as being a leader in assisting people who have survived trauma.
He has a special interest in assisting elite athletes and has a strong following within the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community.
In addition, he has advised many people who have been affected by workplace issues that have involved sexual harassment, harassment, racism and other inappropriate behaviour.

Adair mediates litigated and unlitigated disputes with a particular focus on:

- Contract disputes involving athletes.
- Disputes involving regional producers.
- Costs disputes involving lawyers.

Full day $5,000 plus GST
Half day $3,000 plus GST

Mediations that are conducted in Sydney and Brisbane will not incur travel fees. All other travel and accommodation will be agreed and billed at cost.
No cancellation fees will be charged if 1 weeks’ notice is provided. A cancellation fee of 50% of the mediation fee will be charged if the mediation is cancelled less than 1 week prior to the mediation date.
Adair is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System.
