Adair is often retained by organisations that are experiencing challenges with cultural issues in the organisation whether it be an employer, schools, sporting club or Government body.

Driving cultural change.

It is not unusual for an organisation to want to reset attitudes with respect to standards. Adair adopts a top-down/bottom-up approach, working with an organisation to assess, advise, plan and help transform their culture.

He relies upon his extensive experience in relation to addressing the fallout of systemic failures that have had dramatic impact on organisations such as the Australian Defence Force and Gymnastics Australia.

Adair has a proven track record of engaging with the organisations that are traditionally male dominated. He has consulted to the NRL since 2008 in relation to addressing the ever changing cultural issues effecting their employees.

Many organisations face challenges involving staff behavior around mobile phones, sexual harassment and social media to name a few.

We wanted to be proactive in this space and so consulted with Adair with the expectation of ensuring our staff not only understood their obligations under their contracts, but to also challenge our Executives to be vigilant. Over a period of months, Adair presented to all staff.
